プライバシーポリシー（日本語）

個人事業主 N. Someya（以下、「当方」）は、スマートフォン向けアプリケーション「いろいろバスケット（Iro-Iro Basket）」（以下、「本アプリ」）において提供するサービスにおける、ご利用者様（特にお子様およびその保護者様）の個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

本アプリは、2歳児前後の幼児を対象とした知育アプリです。当方は、お子様のプライバシー保護を最優先事項と捉え、児童オンラインプライバシー保護法（COPPA）や各アプリストアのファミリーポリシーを遵守した運営を行います。

1. 取得する情報およびその取得方法・利用目的

本アプリでは、サービスの提供や不具合の修正、アプリの改善のために、以下の外部サービスおよび端末の機能を利用して情報を取得します。

(1) Firebase サービス（Google LLC）

本アプリでは、データ保存、ログイン管理、利用状況の分析、およびアプリの品質向上のために、Google LLCが提供する以下の Firebase サービスを利用しています。

  • Firebase Authentication（認証）
    • 取得する情報: 匿名ユーザーID、および保護者様が任意で行うアカウント連携（メールアドレス、Google アカウント等の認証情報）。
    • 利用目的: プレイ進捗やアンロック状態を異なる端末間で引き継ぐためのユーザー識別。
  • Cloud Firestore（データベース）
    • 取得する情報: ステージのクリア状況、アンロックされたパックの情報、プレイログ（プレイ時間、正解数、不正解数、よく触った色など）。
    • 利用目的: ゲームの状態保存、および保護者向け画面（ペアレンタルゲート内）でのプレイレポートの表示。
  • Firebase Analytics（アクセス解析）
    • 取得する情報: アプリ内の操作ログ、利用統計データ（すべて個人を特定できない匿名データ）。
    • 利用目的: アプリの利用状況の分析、機能の改善、およびサービス向上のため。
  • Firebase Crashlytics（クラッシュ診断）
    • 取得する情報: アプリのクラッシュ情報、端末の機種名、OSバージョン、エラーログ（すべて個人を特定できない匿名データ）。
    • 利用目的: アプリの不具合解消、および動作の安定性向上。

(2) Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

本アプリでは、一部のステージパックを一時的に解放（アンロック）する際の動画リワード広告配信のために、Google LLCが提供する AdMob を利用しています。

  • 取得する情報: 広告識別子（IDFA / AAID）、端末情報、広告の閲覧履歴など（Google社が収集します）。
  • 利用目的: アプリ内の一部ステージを解放するための動画リワード広告の表示。
  • 児童に対する配慮（COPPA等への準拠）:
    • 本アプリは幼児向けアプリであるため、AdMob SDKの設定において 「児童向けアプリ（Tag for Child-Directed Treatment - TFCD）」 を有効化しています。これにより、ユーザーを追跡するパーソナライズ広告（ターゲティング広告）の配信は行われず、お子様の個人情報の収集は厳しく制限されます。
    • 広告を表示する前に、お子様が誤ってタップしないよう、保護者様の同意を確認する「ペアレンタルゲート（簡単な計算等の認証）」を設けています。

(3) マイク（音声録音）機能へのアクセス

本アプリの「これなあに？」機能（録音・再生機能）において、保護者様がお子様のためにアイテムごとの音声を録音する目的で、端末のマイク機能を利用します。

  • 取得する情報: マイク経由で録音された音声データ。
  • 利用目的: アプリ内でお子様がアイテムをタップした際に、録音された保護者様の声を再生するため。
  • 保存先と管理: 録音された音声データは、端末内のローカルストレージ（アプリ専用領域）にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーを含む外部のサーバーや第三者に送信・共有されることは一切ありません。

2. 情報の第三者提供

当方は、取得した情報を適切に管理し、以下の場合を除き、第三者に提供することはありません。

  • ご本人（または保護者様）の同意がある場合。
  • 法令に基づき開示することが必要である場合。
  • 利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、外部サービス（Google Firebase 等）を利用する場合。

3. 個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止等

保護者様より、本アプリで収集した個人情報（認証用に連携されたメールアドレス等）の開示、訂正、または削除のご要望があった場合は、ご本人確認を行わせていただいた上で、速やかに対応いたします。下記の問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。

4. プライバシーポリシーの改定

当方は、本ポリシーを必要に応じて改定することがあります。本ポリシーを変更した場合は、本アプリ内または公式サイト等で公表した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Privacy Policy (English)

N. Someya (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information of users (especially children and their parents/legal guardians) in the smartphone application “Iro-Iro Basket” (hereinafter referred to as the “App”).

This App is an educational game designed for toddlers around 2 years old. We prioritize children’s privacy and operate in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the family policies of the respective app stores.

1. Information Collected, Method of Collection, and Purpose of Use

To provide our services, debug issues, and improve the App, we collect information using the following external services and device features:

(1) Firebase Services (Google LLC)

We use the following Firebase services provided by Google LLC to store data, manage logins, analyze usage, and improve app quality:

  • Firebase Authentication
    • Information Collected: Anonymous user IDs, and login credentials (such as email addresses or Google accounts) if the parent/guardian chooses to link an account for data backup.
    • Purpose of Use: User identification to transfer play progress and unlock status across different devices.
  • Cloud Firestore
    • Information Collected: Game progress, unlocked stage pack information, and play logs (e.g., play time, number of correct/incorrect answers, and colors interacted with).
    • Purpose of Use: Saving game progress and displaying daily play reports in the parent dashboard (inside the parental gate).
  • Firebase Analytics
    • Information Collected: In-app operation logs and usage statistics (all data is anonymous and does not identify individuals).
    • Purpose of Use: Analyzing app usage, improving features, and enhancing our services.
  • Firebase Crashlytics
    • Information Collected: App crash details, device model, OS version, and error logs (all data is anonymous).
    • Purpose of Use: Resolving app bugs and improving stability.

(2) Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

We use AdMob provided by Google LLC to deliver rewarded video ads required to temporarily unlock certain stage packs.

  • Information Collected: Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA or AAID), device information, and ad views/history (collected by Google LLC).
  • Purpose of Use: Displaying rewarded video ads to unlock specific stages in the App.
  • Child Protection (COPPA Compliance, etc.):
    • Because this App is designed for children, we have enabled the “Tag for Child-Directed Treatment (TFCD)” setting in the AdMob SDK. As a result, personalized (targeted) advertising tracking is disabled, and the collection of children’s personal information is strictly restricted.
    • To prevent children from accidentally tapping ads, we implement a “Parental Gate” (a simple math problem or similar verification) that requires parental consent before showing or loading ads.

(3) Microphone Access (Audio Recording)

For the “What is this?” feature (audio recording and playback), we access the device’s microphone so parents/guardians can record custom voice clips for the game items.

  • Information Collected: Audio recordings captured via the device microphone.
  • Purpose of Use: Playing back the parent’s/guardian’s voice when the child taps an item in the game.
  • Storage and Security: Recorded audio files are stored strictly in the device’s local storage (the App’s private directory). They are never sent to or shared with any external servers, including ours, or any third parties.

2. Third-Party Sharing

We manage the collected information securely and will not share it with third parties, except in the following circumstances:

  • When consent is obtained from the user (or parent/guardian).
  • When required by law.
  • When utilizing external services (such as Google Firebase) within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use described above.

3. Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information

If a parent or guardian requests the disclosure, correction, or deletion of any personal information (such as email addresses linked for authentication) collected through this App, we will verify their identity and respond promptly. Please contact us using the contact information below.

4. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted within the App or on our official website.
